above 1000:-, below that sum, we charge 150:-
Europe shipping: flat rate at 250:-/€24
USA-CAN, SEA and AUS shipping: flat rate at 350:- /€34
All orders are sent from our Swedish based warehouse. We strive to dispatch orders within 2-3 days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days until delivery (obs! extra long Covid 19 shipping delay for oversea shipping). We ship with the Swedish post service. When choosing shipping option "L’Usine Bleue Store pick up", goods can be collected in our store during regular opening hours.
When you have placed an order, you will receive order confirmation via e-mail. Once the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive shipping confirmation containing tracking number.
• You have 14 days to return an order from our site, after receiving it, or 7 days if purchased in a showroom (keep the original receipt).
• If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, we offer free returns in local show room. (appointment only)
• The item must include original labels and must not be used in any way.
• All returns will be fully refunded, with exception for shipping cost. If you wish to change to another item, size, colour etc - please place a new order in the shop.
• Please note that exceptions may apply for the return of certain custom-made, hygienic and other products.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS
• Visit your local show room for free returns. Bring the original receipt.
• For postal returns, ship the items for return within 14 days after receiving your order. Make sure the postal fee is fully paid. Include the delivery note in the return package.
• You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in unused condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
• If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by customs.
• Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
• If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
We offer card payment with Visa, Mastercard and Maestro or Paypal. No extra charge is applied when using card payment. The card information is encrypted. We use 3D-Secure (Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode), which is an authentication system for secure Visa and Mastercard card payments.
