This beautiful wool sweater is an hommage to the daring Breton fishermen who crossed the cold Atlantic for New Foundland during cod fishing season – an often prosperous but extremely dangerous adventure.

Like the traditional wool sweaters worn by these fishermen, this remake is made in 100% raw wool, for its insulating properties and extreme durability.

It has a stand-up collar with twice-stitched soft inner lining, buttoning over the left shoulder and Breton stitch patterning on the chest
