L’Usine Bleue does not provide free returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except where otherwise required by law.

All orders are shipped from our shop in Stockholm, Sweden. We strive to dispatch orders the same day they are received. (no shipping during the weekend)
Estimated delivery times:
We typically use DHL or UPS for shipments within Sweden and Europe, and UPS – FedEX for international orders.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends.
International orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. L’Usine Bleue cannot be held responsible for these charges.
If you select the “L’Usine Bleue Store Pickup” option at checkout, you may collect your order in-store during our regular opening hours in Stockholm, Sweden.

Orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom and the United States) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees upon arrival.
United States
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs (which can be significant for apparel), and customs handling fees.
Carriers may also charge an administration fee (typically around $10–15).
United Kingdom
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, VAT is already included and paid at checkout.
However, depending on the order, customs duties or carrier handling fees may still apply.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
As soon as your package leaves our shop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If a package is not collected from the delivery/collection point and is automatically returned to us, we will charge you for:
the original shipping cost, the return shipping fee charged by the carrier, and an extra administration fee of 200 SEK.
For orders shipped outside the EU, any tariffs, import duties, taxes, or customs administration costs related to the return will also be charged to the customer.
