FAQ — Questions Fréquentes

Yes — almost everywhere on the globe. We typically use DHL or UPS for shipments within Sweden and Europe, and UPS for international orders.

Estimated delivery times:
Sweden/Europe: 2–4 working days
USA/Canada/Rest of World: 5–10 working days

We usually send your order to a local pickup point, especially in cities, to avoid the risk of lost or stolen parcels.

We do — for orders above:

  • 3,000 SEK within Sweden

For everywhere else, shipping is calculated fairly based on the actual cost from our carrier.

Customs duties, local taxes, and carrier handling fees depend on your delivery country. These charges are set by local authorities and carriers, are beyond our control, and are not included in our prices or shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

EU
Orders shipped within the EU remain inside the EU customs union.
• No customs duties apply
• VAT is already included in the displayed price
• No additional charges on delivery

United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the UK are handled under the UK–EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement, cleared by local customs on arrival, and may be subject to import duties and carrier handling fees.
• 20% UK VAT is collected at checkout (on goods and shipping)
• Import duties, and a carrier handling or customs clearance fee may apply

United States
Orders shipped to the U.S. are cleared by U.S. Customs on arrival. Import duties and carrier fees apply and are collected by the carrier.
• Import duties are charged on goods + shipping. Cotton workwear falls under the U.S. MFN (Most-Favoured Nation) tariff band, typically around 16%, depending on customs classification.
• A temporary additional country tariff of approximately 10% currently applies to EU-made goods
• Carrier handling and customs fees charged by UPS or FedEx may include disbursement, processing, and U.S. Customs fees
Please note: the USD 800 de minimis exemption has been suspended, meaning all shipments are subject to duties regardless of order value.

Norway
Orders shipped to Norway are handled under the VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) scheme.
• 25% Norwegian VAT is collected at checkout
• No VAT is charged on delivery
• Customs duties and carrier handling fees may still apply depending on the product

Rest of the world
Orders shipped to countries not listed above are cleared by local customs on arrival and may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and carrier handling fees.
• The courier clears the shipment on arrival
• Local VAT or sales tax, import duties, and a carrier handling or customs clearance fee may apply
• Charges are calculated on goods + shipping

We recommend checking with your local customs authority or courier before placing an order for exact details.

We aim to make returns as clear and straightforward as possible. Your right to return depends on where your order is delivered.

Orders delivered within the EU/EEA
You may return your order within 14 days from the day you receive the item.

How to return
• The item must be sent back within 14 days from the day you receive the item.
• You must notify us of your intention to return before sending the item, by emailing returns@lusinebleue.com.
• A return is considered made on time if the item is handed over to the carrier within 14 days from delivery, even if it reaches us later.

Return conditions
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Any additional costs incurred by us, such as customs duties, taxes, or handling fees, will be deducted from the refund.
• The customer is responsible for the order during the entire return shipment. Responsibility transfers to us only once the returned item has been delivered to our premises.

Additional information
• We reserve the right to make deductions for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item.
• Refunds are issued once the return has been received and inspected.


Orders delivered outside the EU/EEA
We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the EU/EEA.

Sorry, no. Sale items are final — not returnable or refundable.

We process returns within 7 business days after we receive the item. Refunds usually appear on your account within 4–7 days.

If paid via Stripe, the refund may take up to 12 days, depending on your bank.
