FAQ — Questions Fréquentes

Yes — almost everywhere on the globe. We work with UPS for international orders and DHL within Europe.

Enter your address at checkout to see shipping options and pricing. Not sure we ship to your location? Just ask us at eshop@lusinebleue.com.

We usually send your order to a local pickup point, especially in cities, to avoid the risk of lost or stolen parcels.

We do — for orders above:

  • 2,000 SEK within Sweden
  • 300 EUR within EU countries

For everywhere else, shipping is calculated fairly based on the actual cost from our carrier.

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, customs charges or import taxes may apply. These are collected by your country’s customs office and are out of our hands.

We suggest checking with your local customs authority for exact details.

Returns are easy — but they do vary slightly depending on where you are.

  • Within the EU: Email us at returns@lusinebleue.com within 14 days.
  • Outside the EU: Please email us first at returns@lusinebleue.com. We’ll guide you through the steps.

Returns can also be made in-store in Stockholm.

Sorry, no. Sale items are final — not returnable or refundable.

We process returns within 7 business days after we receive the item. Refunds usually appear on your account within 4–7 days.

If paid via Stripe, the refund may take up to 12 days, depending on your bank.

Yes — you’re always welcome. In the shop, we offer:

  • 7 days for refunds
  • 30 days for exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box.
  • You have 14 days to notify us, and 14 more to return the item.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Custom duties or taxes paid on import are non-refundable.
