Known as bleu de travail or bleu de chauffe, the French work jacket is a true icon. Originally made for factories and workshops, its functional design and clean lines have made it a universal garment, worn by everyone, everywhere.

This version revisits our classic Coltin with refined proportions, offering a more balanced silhouette with a bit more ease through the chest and slightly shorter sleeves, while staying true to the original construction. It comes in our signature hydron blue, with four classic pockets and a shirt‑style collar.

The fabric is woven in one of the last French textile mills, active since 1848, dyed in eastern France, and sewn in Normandy by a historic workwear specialist. Each jacket is washed to prevent shrinkage and will soften naturally with wear.
